Very central location short walk to across the street from the central bus station, restaurants, shopping, busses and tour boats, and the main bus station, it was in a good area. Popped in Rookies Sports Bar for shots before sleep, it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue. My breakfast was good and satisfactory.

I truly enjoyed the hotel! The venue was simple and exceptionally comfortable with excellent location very close to the center and lake of Lugano and the lake and the park and central bus station. The staff was very very helpful all the time. The service was great, I had 1 nice sunny nights here. You could leave a car on site.

I had a truly memorable stay at Hotel Zurigo Downtown. the staff were welcoming and courteous. the room was terrific, quiet, and had a pleasant view over the garden.

The place was fairly clean. I booked the twin room with inner courtyard views, everything was nice. - Appreciated cable channels, a coffee machine, and a writing table in the room. - the service was all in all welcoming. - the location was particularly good and magnificent, at a short distance from Gotthard Bank.

The hotel has a marvelous location in Lugano, adjacent to the main bus stations, a night club, and the center of Lugano, across the street from the central bus station. the staff is amazingly great and courteous, always with a smile.
